In this Video, Saransh Sir is sharing some last-minute tips to keep in mind during Class 10th & 12th Board Examination. These tips will be helpful to all the students who are going to appear in Board Exams this Year!
Here are some general Tips to help you to overcome the exam pressure or exam anxiety and prepare well for the upcoming challenge:
1. Early to bed, early to rise; make your routine likewise
Take proper sleep of 8 hours each day to keep you fresh and energetic. Fresh mind helps you stay focused and learn things easily.
2. Practice papers, past year exam papers, Sample Papers, important questions; try all. This will not only help you to track your performance but also make you comfortable with the examination like situation. Allow yourself to answer a paper within 3 hours’ time period. This will help you learn time management skills.
3. Keep away from junk food. Avoid too much caffeine and sugary drinks. Remaining hydrated is vital and adds to your overall positive mood. So, eat well, drink well, live well.
4. Stay Positive as positive attitude keeps your mind open and
body relaxed, which makes it easier to concentrate and recall what you have learned.
So, All dear students! Be confident, prepared and positive. All these essentials put together will help you achieve success in the upcoming board exams.
