COVID-19: 70 staff cleared from affected level of Environment Building, says PUB

PUB has clarified that an employee, who is among the confirmed novel coronavirus cases, is an administrative staff member who works at the Environment Building at Newton. He is not involved in plant or field operations. PUB said all 70 staff on the affected floor of the building were asked to leave and work from home for the day, so that the space could be disinfected.
