American Speaks Chinese in Japan, Shocks Customers: Why do people secretly FOLLOW ME in Japan?

2 years ago I remember being followed into a restaurant and down the streets of Tokyo for over 1 hour by a mysterious old woman. I went into a Chinese supermarket to do a new video and didn't realize I was being followed again until reviewing the footage. Are people just curious? What is going on here?
