Coober pedy is an underground town in Northern South Australia. It is also called the Opal capital of World. There are more than 1700 people living in coober pedy. All of them take part in Opal Stone Mining . Coober pedy has all the modern facilities inluding houses , hotels, restaurants , Super Market etc and all of them are constructed underground.
