Review of medical records would reveal that the renowned DBS surgeon we'd flown 700 miles for, didn't perform the surgery at all. Instead, a first year resident did after only having his medical license for four months. We were not informed this resident would be touching our son, never met him and never signed an informed consent (which is illegal). Jack will not be able to have his stimulator put back in until June of 2020. Meanwhile, uncontrollable involuntary movements riddle him and within a day, he tries to hit himself hundreds and hundreds of times. Be cautious.
