I had a bounty of $9000 on my head in GTA Online and this Akula came up to me and started firing missiles at me. I dodge them all, and then shoot his helicopter enough times with the miniguns to make its engine catch fire and then he jumps out, at which point I just fly away because I'm not good at hitting small targets with the Annihilator.
