Police hint of using section 5 public order act for standing on the pavement !
Location = Cosham , Portsmouth, UK

Spent the day shooting street photography, took over 300 photos, some good lots bad ! Police get triggered after just two pictures of police cars, Then the police tried to enforce what they don't like but fail.

Noticed that the police parked on the pavement at the end of the video were an unmarked armed response vehicle. They said they were there for a domestic but I believe otherwise.
