Right after we pitted the Craftsman CMCD721 hammer drill (2Ah battery) against the Ryobi P251 Hammer Drill we got some feedback regarding those batteries. We used the packs that came with the kits—but that meant the Ryobi had an apparent advantage with a 4Ah pack against the Craftsman's 2Ah battery. That's not a bad point—and one we felt the need to tackle in another Thursday throwdown using the Makita XFD07 drill as our reference. The results tell a very interesting story!
